2nd Friday Club
With Suzanne Cook This club is for all you that need to finish up your Ohio Collections, 1800's quilts, 20's-30's quilt, Scrap Swap quilts or any project not finished. We will be offering a new quilt "Conway Album" by Irma Gail Hatcher if you want to start a new one while finishing an old. Appliqué Lover's Club with Suzanne Cook This quilt is from a song from nursery years, but in this quilt, the Brown Bird is neither lonely nor hungry. A small appliqué of a wren on a branch of rose hips accompanies the instruction. Wrens appear in the quilt in Block 17 and in the center of each border. If you bought the book and want to sew with the group--come and join. Dues:

The Christmas Club with Penny Treaster Our new Christmas Club will meet the 1st Saturday afternoon of each month from 12:00 until 3:30 p.m.! Starting in January 2008 we will start a beautiful Christmas quilt that will be finished long before the Yuletide festivities begin!! Give yourself a "treat" & join the club!! Kits will be available. Fantastic Friday Nights With Julie Kline & Yvonne Jones The group is fun lovin'. This is your time to sit & sew. Bring your latest projects and UFO's and we will lock you in. No phone, no kids, no pets! (The Front Door will be locked at 7:00 p.m.) 2nd Friday 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. |
Moda University/Junior Year With Suzy & Sharon There are 2 Seworities to pledge which will determine what time you will come. We will meet on 5th Saturdays. You must pledge before the meeting date in order to participate & for us to know how many are coming. Each time there will be Quilt Kits or patterns only from which to choose. Suzy's Point Coupons will be given for projects (no picture, please) made from Moda fabrics and other fabrics. Points will be added up at the end of the year and prizes awarded for those with the most points. Bring your projects, finished or "in process" to show & tell. We love this part! There will be drawing for door prizes, small projects, free folder and refreshments. Sign up early! Space is limited! Dues: $10 annual tuition 5th Saturday Beta Omega

Stitchin' Sisters Club with Yvonne & Julie The Stitchin' Sisters are starting a brand new project to kick off 2008, and you are going to love it. This quilt is a Blackbird Designs original and is so easy and quick to put together. The book gives you 2 options for the center of your quilt, plus you can forget the appliqué altogether and assemble your quilt just using the pieced blocks. This quilt will be easy to keep up with month-by-month, so by the end of the your, your quilt will be done and you'll have gotten to spend time sewing and visiting with some great gals. Come join us!

Civil War Diary Club with Suzanne Cook Warm your heart with a quilt inspired by Civil War diaries and the women who wrote them. Make 121 full size quilt blocks and other projects while reading authentic diary entries of 10 women living during the Civil War. Create a quilt that reflects the sentiments in these diary entries--courage, tragedy, humor and love--that will be treasured, as these women's stories are, for generations to come. Jo's Little Women Club With Suzanne Cook The projects are based on a collection of small quilts using Civil War Reproduction fabrics by Jo Morton. Redwork Rules' Club With Paula Sit and enjoy the fellowship of other Redwork fanatics. Choose your own pattern, improve your technique of chain stitch, backstitch, lazy daisy, and the ultimate French knot. Note we will be starting in February.
